We are also trying to make sure that all safety measures are adhered to in the warehouse at the moment so this can lead to a slightly different system than usual. ![]() ![]() Unfortunately we have had a few delays while we have made the move into our new warehouse and I really do apologise about this as it's not the delivery service we want or expect. Hi Gavin, I really am so sorry that your wines haven't reached you yet and we hate letting Angels down. If they want to keep customers loyal, get orders out on time and improve massively on their communication and customer service skills. You never get updates from them, unless you contact them first - which is extremely frustrating and poor service. It is extremely hard to get hold of anyone - they have closed their telephone lines and the online chat feature is constantly unavailable. It is now the 15th, and again, still no wine. Low and behold, it never did and on the 11th, they cancelled the order, and reordered it, saying it would be out for delivery on the 13th. I was advised to hold tight and it would arrive by the end of the week. Naked very slow to reach out and it took for me to email. Ordered on the 01st July, a case to celebrate an occasion. Having been a loyal “angel” my last order has gone from bad to worse. Wines never arrived, even after being promisedĮxtremely disappointing service from Naked. My suggestion is stop taking orders until such time that you can actually fulfill them ! but I for one will be cancelling never to return. I'm sorry but your business is based on delivering goods so the planning of a warehouse re location clearly wasn't thought through with customers in mind. Like others they are using the " moving warehouse " or Covid excuses. This is 10 days now since the order was placed. Only way to get an answer is a DM via Twitter and the reply i get is " I can see your wines have been picked and will reach Yodel shortly " so even now they can't say when i'll get them past " shortly". First available slot for delivery was 7 days away, then the day before delivery i get an email saying it " didn't leave the warehouse " but will be with me the next day, 2 days later and still nothing. Subsequent deliveries are terrible and on the most recent one i'm done with them. Absolutely shambolic service, 1st case was delivery OK and wines were great but it seems that's the only time they get it right. ![]()
